Nordic walking means "Nordic walking style." It is a form of exercise suitable for everyone, practiced outdoors year-round. Its distinguishing feature is the use of two special poles that provide support. When used correctly, the poles engage more muscles while walking, in a completely natural and effortless way. This type of walking is highly effective because it engages the entire muscular system, provides a full-body workout, and thus promotes health and fitness.
Nordic walking differs from trekking, where poles are used for support on uneven and slippery inclines. In Nordic walking, the poles assist forward movement, engaging not only the legs but also the upper body and arms. The result is that more energy is burned for the same distance and speed – but that's not all...

- 10 weeks of Nordic walking hikes
- 3 times a week
- Course instructor with a certificate from the Italian Nordic Walking School
- Weekly night hike followed by a party
- The walking sticks are available from the course instructor upon request.
